Aborted 100 km ride my front tyre developed a nasty bulge on closer inspection the inside of the tyre had delaminated. The shorter version was then from Parkville to St Kilda and return.
No heart rate data forgot to take my chest strap.

Ride to Ballarat via Creswick and return via Dean, bit chilly but sunny and only a bit of a head wind coming home. Had a banana at Creswick and a Powerbar at Ballarat maybe could have eaten a bit more hungry and slow for the last few km’s, might try some lollies for a boost at the end rather than another Powerbar so close to home.
